Returns (refunds and exchanges)

If you are not satisfied with your item, because of the following reasons; wrong order, damaged or defective products, please let us know. All items can be returned except for the following items; underwear, adult toys, perfumes, cosmetics, hair extensions and jewelry. Our Returns Policy gives you 7 days to return or exchange an item bought online with a valid receipt. If 7 days have gone by since your purchase, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a refund or exchange, goods must be returned in a re-saleable condition. That means your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. The item must be in the original packaging and returned with any accessories, labels and “free gifts” or bonus items. To complete your refund or exchange, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

Refunds (if applicable)

Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 14 working days. If you paid for standard delivery of the goods, the cost of standard delivery will also be refunded.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your bank, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

We do not offer refunds for items purchased during sales, unless they are defective, damaged or broken

Exchange (if applicable)

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same item, please send us an email at customercare@sales366.com

Shipping

To return your product, your details and reason for returning will be requested. After you have requested for a return and it has been approved a delivery man will be sent for pick-up at the original shipping address. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item, unless the item is defective, damaged or broken. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary. For items above ₦10,000 you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
