Dell Latitude 3190 2-in-1 Touchscreen Laptop – 11.6" HD, Intel Pentium Silver N5030, 8GB RAM, [Storage] SSD, Windows 11 Pro

The Dell Latitude 3190 2-in-1 was designed for classrooms, so it’s built to survive everyday knocks while staying light and easy to carry. Its 360° hinge lets you switch between four modes: laptop for typing, tablet for reading and note-taking, tent for watching videos, and stand for presentations.

The 11.6-inch HD (1366 × 768) IPS touchscreen is protected by Corning Gorilla Glass and supports 10-point touch and pen input, so you can tap, swipe, draw and handwrite notes naturally. A compatible active pen is sold separately.

Inside, an Intel Pentium Silver N5030 quad-core processor (up to 3.1GHz) and 8GB of RAM handle browsing, Microsoft Office, online classes, video calls and streaming smoothly. Solid-state storage gives quick start-up and fast app loading. It comes with Windows 11 Pro Education, which adds business-grade security features such as BitLocker encryption.

It’s built tough for real life. Rubber bumpers around the base and lid absorb impacts, Dell rates it to survive drops of up to 30 inches, and the sealed keyboard resists accidental spills of up to 12 oz. The 42Wh battery delivers up to 11 hours of use per charge, enough for a full school or work day.

Connectivity covers the essentials: two USB-A 3.1 ports, HDMI for a projector or external monitor, and a headphone/microphone jack. Wi-Fi 5 and Bluetooth handle wireless connections, and the HD webcam with microphone works for Zoom, Teams and Google Meet.
