Where we deliver

We deliver nationwide across Nigeria. Delivery fees and times vary by state and are shown at checkout.

Delivery times

• Lagos: 1–2 business days
• Other major cities: 2–4 business days
• Other locations: 3–7 business days

Order tracking

Once your order ships you'll receive an email with a tracking link. You can also see status in your account.

Pay on Delivery

Pay on Delivery is available on eligible orders:

• You pay a 5% advance of the item subtotal plus the full delivery fee online to confirm the order.
• The remaining 95% plus a 1.5% collection fee is paid to the rider on delivery.
• If the order is refused on delivery, the online advance is non-refundable.

Failed delivery

If we can't reach you after two attempts the order will be returned to our warehouse. Contact us to arrange re-delivery.
