We want you to love what you bought. If something isn't right, here's how returns work.
Return window
- You have 7 days from delivery to request a return for change of mind.
- Faulty or damaged-on-arrival items: contact us within 48 hours.
Eligibility
- Item is unused, in original packaging, with all accessories.
- Proof of purchase (order number) is provided.
- Some items are non-returnable for hygiene/safety reasons (e.g. earphones once unsealed) — this is noted on the product page.
How to start a return
- Email support@sales366.com with your order number and photos of the item.
- We'll respond within 24 business hours with a return authorisation and pickup/drop-off instructions.
- Once we receive and inspect the item, we'll process your refund within 5–10 business days to the original payment method.
