How our Shipped From Abroad orders work.
What it is
Selected products are sourced from North America and Europe and shipped to you in Nigeria. They are ordered on your behalf once payment clears, so they are not held in our Lagos stock.
Delivery time
Ships from abroad — delivered in 10–15 business days
Shipping cost
Each product carries its own delivery fee, shown on the product page and at checkout. It is not weight-based, and the free-delivery threshold does not apply.
Ordering separately
Items shipped from abroad are ordered separately and cannot be combined with items shipped within Nigeria in the same order.
Payment
You can pay by card, bank transfer, Buy Now Pay Later or store credit. Pay on Delivery and Pay on Pick-Up are not available, because these items are ordered specially once payment clears.
Customs and duty
Most orders of this kind arrive without any duty to pay. If duty or clearance charges do apply to an order, we will contact you before the item ships and agree how it is handled. No customer is ever charged a surprise fee on delivery.
Returns and faults
Because these items are ordered specially from abroad, we cannot accept change-of-mind returns. Faulty items are covered: if an item arrives faulty, damaged, or is not what was ordered, contact us within 48 hours of delivery and we will replace it or refund it in full.
If something goes wrong in transit
If an item is lost or damaged on its way to Nigeria, that is our responsibility, not yours. We will replace the item or refund the order in full.
